The Operator's Position · A Castle Peak diagnostic

Every restaurant holds three faces at once. Find out where yours is leaking.

Two minutes, three picks. Four different ways in, depending on which side of the table you sit on. Each path lands on the same map of fifty-two real operators with public outcomes, costed and named.

Methodology

The dataset plots 52 operators across six segments: national chain, regional chain, restaurant group, single-unit independent, legacy, and defunct. Cost-line components draw on Cava FY2025 10-K, Dining Alliance and Buyers Edge GPO materials, Restaurant Business Online platform commission ranges, and NRA Food-Away-From-Home expenditure data. The diagnostic email carries the ranked moves at your scale.
